Welcome to Mavique. These terms govern the sale of merchandise by MAVIQUE (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through shopmavique.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. We may update these Terms at any time.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform for online sales.

Eligibility & Account

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent. You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and shipping information and to comply with all laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any reason.

Placing Orders & Payment

Orders can only be placed online at shopmavique.com. You’ll receive a confirmation email once checkout is complete. Orders may not be changed or canceled after confirmation, except as stated in these Terms.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) for EU customers and British Pounds (GBP) for UK customers.

  • EU customers: VAT and taxes are calculated at checkout.

  • UK customers: VAT and customs fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, previous disputes, or order limits.

Product Availability

Some products are exclusive online and may have limited quantities. Availability may change at any time without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll notify you and either issue a refund or offer a substitute.

Product Accuracy & Warranty

We strive to display product colors and details accurately. Minor manufacturing imperfections are not defects. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be replaced.

We welcome comments, ideas, or submissions but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or the rights of others.

From time to time, we may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for these tools or any issues that arise from their use.

Prohibited Uses

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

All products and services are provided “as is”. Mavique is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or other losses arising from using the service or purchasing products.

You agree to indemnify Mavique and its partners from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

By placing an order, you agree that disputes will first be governed by applicable local consumer protection laws.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
